Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Microsoft Loop Exporter

A Node.js tool to export all pages in a Microsoft Loop workspace to PDF files automatically.

Installation

You can install this package globally using npm:

npm install -g microsoft-loop-exporter

Usage

[!IMPORTANT] Close your Chrome browser before executing the command.

Run the following command:

loop "Your Workspace Name"

Replace "Your Workspace Name" with the exact name of your Loop workspace as it appears in the Loop interface.

Troubleshooting

  • If you get a "Chrome not found" error, verify that Chrome is installed in the default location for your OS
  • If workspace items are not found, ensure:
    • You're logged into Microsoft Loop
    • The workspace name is exactly as it appears in Loop
    • You have proper access to the workspace
