initialUppercaseRemaLowercase 首字母大写，其余字母小写

 initialUppercaseRemaLowercase('hello world')   =>  Hello world

getType 判断当前类型, 返回值为 Number -> String ->Boolean -> Undefined ->Null -> Object

 getType(Null)   =>  Null
 getType({})   =>  Object

isString 判断是否是字符串

将字符串转成大写

判断当前对象是否为空

将对象转成成字符串 url 地址

对象根据属性设置值
