OPTIONS
  -h, --help                               show CLI help
  --crop_name=crop_name                    [default: Millet] Cropname
  --end_year=end_year                      [default: 2020] The end date
  --fertilizer_rate=fertilizer_rate        [default: 200] Fertilizer Rate
  --lat=lat                                [default: 3.04167] Latitute
