mirage-cli

Free Gemini + Qwen coding agent in your terminal. No API keys — it talks to the web sessions you already have, through a built-in local proxy. Includes file tools, Roblox Studio MCP tools, and an Ink TUI.

Install

npm install -g mirage-cli

Requires Node.js 20+.

Use

mirage            # TUI (pick model with /models)

mirage login      # Google login once — session cookies save automatically
mirage proxy      # builtin OpenAI-compatible server on :8081

Any OpenAI client can point at http://localhost:8081/v1 while the CLI (or mirage proxy) runs.

Free models (session key, no API key)

Each user runs with their own session. Never share your cookie.txt / qwen-token.txt.

Extras

• /status in TUI checks Roblox Studio MCP instances; execute_luau creates parts/scripts straight in Studio.
• ESC once = hint, ESC twice = interrupt generation (like opencode).
• Identical prompt+model answers are cached for 3 min (MIRAGE_CACHE_TTL_SEC, /clear wipes it).
