Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

A simple tool for fetching media files from password-protected albums on hosting site mitene.us, based on day-based date ranges.

Usage

npx mitene-photo-fetcher --albumId [id] --password [password] --from 2021 --to 2021-12-31 --directory my2021 --zip

API Reference

> npx mitene-photo-fetcher --help

Usage: mitene-photo-fetcher ...args

Options:
  -f, --from <date>           Required with --to. Date start range for photos, inclusive. Must be suplied with to parameter.
  -t, --to <date>             Required with --from. Date start range for photos, inclusive. Must be suplied with from parameter.
  -m, --month <month>         Required if --from and --to not given. Specify the month (1-12) or month name (e.g., January). Alternative to specifying full date range with from and to options.
  -a, --albumId <album>       Required. Specify the album ID.
  -p, --password <string>     The password for the album, if set.
  -s, --file-suffix <string>  Provide a string to be included at the end of each media file, after a timestamp.
  -h, --no-headless           Show the Chrome test browser
  -d, --directory <string>    Required. Specify a path to download the media files too. e.g. "./images"
  -q, --quiet                 Prevent all logs and instead output a list of all files when complete. When used with --zip, only output the final zip directory.
  -z, --zip                   Zip the folder specified by the directory flag when complete. Delete directory. Use --preserve-directory to prevent deletion.
  -p, --prevent-deletion      Used with --zip flag. Do not delete provided directory after zipping folder.
  --help                      display help for command
Example usage: mitene-photo-fetcher --from 2023-07-19 --to 2023-7-21 --albumId sd1FC1irlg3 --password ********  --file-suffix familyalbum  --directory ./images --zip
