Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Create a account on npmjs. Clone or download this repostiory.

Installation

npm i

Make a component

Create your component in ./lib/index.js.
Make sure the package name does not exist with the search on the npm site.

Edit package.json

Modify the package.json file.

How to use this simple modal ?

You must sent to the component four props : title, body, open(which contain the state) and setOpen(which contain the function which will set the state)

Connect to npm and publish

Use git bash to execute "npm run build" command. The component will be created in the dist directory.

npm run build

Connect to your npm account with the npm login command.

npm run login

And publish

npm run publish

Note

If you have an "E403" error. Make sure you have validated your npm account. If the error persists, ask to receive the confirmation email again.
