Roman clock

This is a package that should be used by no one. Its crap the wasm is way too big and has no usecase.

What is it?

It provides a modern way to convert a chrono datetime into a date in the roman way with a modern twist.

For example 16/07/1969 at 15:17 @ lat=28.581418 lng=278.129882 would convert to less than three quarters of the 10th daylight hour of 17th day before the Kalends of August in 6th year of Lyndon B Johnson.

Currently only Australia and US leaders are supported
