Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Utility that makes creating visual representations of calendar months a bit less painful.

API

layout(options: object): Array<Array<number>>

options must contain at least year: number and month: number. Note that month is zero-based, so January is 0, February is 1, and so on. This choice was made to mirror new Date(year, month). You can also provide startOfWeek: number to determine which weekday should be used as the first. Sunday is 0 (default), and Monday is 1 (these are the only two supported atm.). Again, this was done to mirror Date#getDay(). month-layout exports two enums so you don't have to remember the numbers: import layout, { SUNDAY, MONDAY } from 'month-layout'.

The return value is a two-dimensional array of numbers. -1 should be treated as a day belonging to the previous/next month, render accordingly.
