Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Lightweight Move VM for local development — anvil-like experience for Movement L1.

Install

npm install -g movelite

The installer pulls a pre-compiled binary for your platform via optional dependencies. Supported:

  • darwin-arm64 (Apple Silicon)
  • darwin-x64 (Intel Mac)
  • linux-x64
  • linux-arm64

Usage

movelite start --port 8090

The published binary statically links code from aptos-labs/aptos-core at commit e33e3c1b9e (November 20, 2025), which was released under the Apache License 2.0. The subsequent license change by Aptos Foundation (November 21, 2025) does not apply retroactively to code published under Apache 2.0.
