mumla-spec
This package is a namespace placeholder and contains no code.
It is held for the Mumla governed-communication spec — the wire formats and verification rules behind the receipts Mumla emits, so that a third party can check "what did this AI do, on whose authority" without trusting the emitter.
The identity anchor those receipts resolve against is published at https://mumla.org/.well-known/did.json, deliberately on a domain separate from the product's brand: a name acting as a cryptographic identity inside other parties' records should not move when marketing does.
Nothing is specified here yet. Where the spec permanently lives — under a vendor scope or a neutral one — is an open question, and this placeholder is not the answer to it.
