Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Wallet Instalation

You can install the CLI wallet as an npm package using the following command: npm install my_eth_wallet

Wallet Commands

Use the wallet prefix to execute the following commands:

  • create: Create a new Wallet.
  • get-balance: Get information about the Wallet.
  • get-address: Get the current Wallet address.
  • encrypt-key : Encrypt and store your current private key.
  • decrypt-key : Retrieve your stored private key.
  • login : Log in to an existing Wallet using the private key.
  • transaction <amount to send (Wei)>: Make a transaction to another Wallet.
  • gas-price: Get an aproximate price for gas
  • help [command]: Display help for a specific command.

You need to provide an RPC node if you want to use the wallet. For example, in the .env file: TEST_NET= https: https://sepolia.infura.io/v3/YOUR_ID
