Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

My ICO

This tool allows to prepare your project for ICO

Install

1. Install myico
npm install myico -g
2. Setup ICO config

From Terminal

myico config 
#Enter your GitHub username
#Enter your GitHub password

From NodeJS

var MyICO = require("myico");

var myico = MyICO({
   github: {
       username: "YOUR_USERNAME",
       password: "YOUR_PASSWORD"
   } 
});

Use (for ICO innovators)

1. You need to generate example

From Terminal

myico example > youcompany.json

From NodeJS

var myCompanyICO = myico.example()
2. Change youcompany.json. Apply your information
3. Validate your youcompany.json

From Terminal

myico validate youcompany.json 

From NodeJS

var myCompanyICO = { ... }
myico.validate(myCompanyICO)
4. Fix all errors
5. Publish to all world known ICO publishers like (BlockStarter, TokenMarket, ICO360, etc).

Notice! They will use same validate as you

From Terminal

myico publish youcompany.json 
#Obtain the ICO id for update

From NodeJS

var myCompanyICO = { ... }
var myCompanyICOWithID = myico.publish(myCompanyICO)
6. Update Your ICO if you found some bugs after publish

From Terminal

#youcompany.json will already have `id` update publish
myico publish youcompany.json 
#Obtain the ICO id for update

From NodeJS

myico.publish(myCompanyICOWithID)
7. Wait for email response

Use (for ICO publishers)

  1. Modify package.json/publishers array
  2. Create pull request
  3. Wait for approval after review
