This is an n8n community node for Agnes AI, enabling you to integrate powerful text, image, and video generation capabilities directly into your n8n workflows.

Agnes AI API is compatible with OpenAI-style endpoints, making it easy to seamlessly build multimodal AI applications.

Features

This node currently supports the following resources and operations:

• Chat Completion: Generate high-quality text, support multi-turn conversations, agent tool calling, and image understanding (vision).
• Image Generation: Generate images from text prompts (text-to-image) or edit existing images (image-to-image), with support for multi-image composition.
• Video Generation: Create video generation tasks from text or images and retrieve the generated video results asynchronously.

All models are dynamically loaded from the Agnes AI /v1/models API endpoint, ensuring you always have access to the latest models (e.g., agnes-2.0-flash, agnes-image-2.1-flash, agnes-video-v2.0).

Credentials

To use this node, you need an Agnes AI API Key.

1. Go to the Agnes AI Developer Console to generate your API Key.
2. In n8n, add a new credential for Agnes AI API.
3. Paste your API Key. The node uses Bearer Token authentication to connect.

Installation

Community Nodes (Recommended)

You can install this node directly from the n8n Community Nodes panel in your n8n instance. Search for n8n-nodes-agnes-ai and install.

Manual Installation

If you want to install it manually in your n8n directory:

npm install n8n-nodes-agnes-ai

Usage

Chat Completion

1. Select Chat Completion resource.
2. The Model Name or ID dropdown will dynamically populate with available text models.
3. Enter your User Message.
4. (Optional) Provide a System Prompt or configure advanced options like Temperature, Max Tokens, or enable Thinking Mode for complex reasoning tasks.

Image Generation

1. Select Image Generation resource.
2. Choose your image model (e.g., agnes-image-2.1-flash).
3. Enter the Prompt describing the image you want to create or edit.
4. Select the Size and (if using 1K/2K/3K/4K) the Ratio from Options.
5. (Optional) Provide Input Images (comma-separated URLs or Base64) for image-to-image tasks.
6. Choose the Response Format (URL or Base64).

Video Generation

Agnes AI video generation is an asynchronous process:

1. Use Video Generation -> Create Task.
   • Enter a prompt, select resolution/frame configurations, and optionally provide input images for image-to-video.
   • This will return a video_id.
2. Use Video Generation -> Get Result with the video_id to poll for the completed video URL.
