Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

DOKU MCP Client Official n8n node

Readme

n8n-nodes-doku-mcp-client

Official n8n community node for integrating DOKU payment services into your AI-powered workflows via the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Connect your n8n AI Agent to the DOKU MCP Server and let it autonomously create payment links, manage transactions, generate QRIS codes, and more — all through natural language.

n8n is a fair-code licensed workflow automation platform.

Table of Contents

Installation

Install via the n8n UI (Settings → Community Nodes → Install) or directly with npm:

npm install n8n-nodes-doku-mcp-client

For full instructions see the n8n community nodes installation guide.

Credentials

You will need a DOKU Merchant Account. Sign up at doku.com to get your credentials.

| Field | Description | Example | |---|---|---| | Endpoint URL | URL of your DOKU MCP Server | https://mcp.doku.com/mcp | | Server Transport | Connection protocol | HTTP Streamable (recommended) | | Client ID | Your DOKU merchant Client ID | MCH-0106-XXXXXXXXX | | API Key | Your DOKU API Key (stored encrypted) | doku_key_test_... |

The node handles authentication automatically:

  • Encodes your API Key as Authorization: Basic <base64(apiKey:)>
  • Passes your Client ID via the Client-Id header

API keys are generated from the DOKU Merchant Dashboard.

Usage

1. Add the node to an AI Agent workflow

The DOKU MCP Client Tool node is a tool-type node — it must be connected to an AI Agent node via the Tools output port.

[Chat Trigger] → [AI Agent] ← [DOKU MCP Client Tool]

2. Configure the credential

Create a new DOKU MCP Server API credential with your endpoint URL, Client ID, and API Key.

3. Select which tools to expose

Use the Tools to Include setting to control what the agent can do:

| Mode | Description | |---|---| | All | Expose every tool the MCP server provides | | Selected | Expose only the tools you choose | | All Except | Expose everything except the tools you exclude |

4. Run your workflow

The AI Agent will automatically discover the available DOKU tools and invoke them when relevant. No additional configuration is required.

The DOKU MCP Server exposes 30 tools across four categories. Tools are loaded dynamically at runtime — the exact set depends on your server configuration.
