Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

n8n-nodes-g2-scraper

An n8n community node that runs the G2 Software Reviews Scraper — Ratings, Pros/Cons & Confidence Apify actor directly inside your workflow. Scrape G2.com software reviews for any product. Full fields per review: star rating, title, review body, pros, cons, reviewer role, company size and date. Resilient structural parser keyed on schema.org review microdata — survives CSS churn

The actor runs on your own Apify account and usage — this node never embeds anyone else's token.

Installation

  1. In n8n: Settings → Community Nodes → Install.
  2. Enter the package name n8n-nodes-g2-scraper and confirm.
  3. Get a free Apify API token at console.apify.com → Settings → Integrations.

Usage

  1. Add the G2 Software Reviews Scraper — Ratings, Pros/Cons & Confidence node to your workflow.
  2. In the node's Credentials, add your Apify API token (or connect via OAuth2).
  3. Fill the actor's input fields (the node surfaces them as a form) and run.

To run on a schedule, put a Schedule Trigger in front of the node.
