n8n-nodes-keiro

An n8n community node that integrates the KEIRO API — giving your workflows access to web search, deep research, AI-powered answers, web crawling, and SERP data.

Installation

In your n8n instance, go to Settings → Community Nodes → Install and enter:

Credentials

After installation, create a KEIRO API credential and enter:

Usage Examples

Health Check

Drop in a KEIRO node, select Utility → Health Check, and execute. Returns server status, uptime, and DB connectivity — useful as a pre-flight check.

Web Search → Research → Answer Pipeline

1. KEIRO Search — find relevant URLs
2. KEIRO Web Crawler — extract page content from each URL
3. KEIRO Research Pro — synthesize everything into a structured report

News Monitoring

Use Search Engine with type: news and time_range: day to monitor breaking news on any topic, then pipe results into a Slack or email node.

Agentic Deep Research

Use Agentic Search for fully autonomous multi-step research. The agent self-directs, runs multiple search rounds, and returns a comprehensive synthesized answer with sources, timelines, and key findings.

Parameters Reference

Common POST Parameters

• query — The search string or question (required for all search/research/answer endpoints)
• cache_search — Cache the result to speed up repeated identical queries (boolean, optional)
• included_urls — Restrict results to a specific set of domains/URLs (array of strings, optional)

Search Engine Specific

• type — Content type filter: general, images, videos, news, IT, science, social, music, files, maps
• language — ISO 639-1 language code (e.g., en, fr, de)
• region — ISO 3166-1 country code (e.g., us, in, gb)
• time_range — Recency filter: day, week, month, year
• top_n — Number of results (default: 10, max: 100)

Agentic Search Specific

• stream — Stream live agent logs via SSE (default: false; n8n waits for full response)
