Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

n8n-nodes-ninox

This is a complete n8n community node for the Ninox API. It provides access to all available Ninox API endpoints, allowing you to fully integrate Ninox with your n8n workflows.

Features

This node includes ALL Ninox API operations:

Teams (Workspaces)

  • Get all teams
  • Get single team

Databases

  • Get all databases in a team
  • Get database schema

Tables

  • Get all tables schema
  • Get single table schema

Records

  • Create records
  • Read records (single and multiple)
  • Update records
  • Delete records (single and multiple)
  • Search records with filters
  • Upsert records (update or insert)

Queries

  • Execute read-only queries (GET and POST)
  • Execute writable queries

Files

  • Upload files
  • Download files
  • Delete files
  • Get file metadata
  • Get all files metadata
  • Get file thumbnails

Changes Tracking

  • Get database changes since sequence number
  • Get table changes since sequence number

Installation

In n8n

  1. Go to Settings > Community Nodes
  2. Click Install
  3. Enter n8n-nodes-ninox
  4. Click Install

Manual Installation

npm install n8n-nodes-ninox

Credentials

To use this node, you need:

  1. A Ninox API Bearer Token

    • Get this from your Ninox account settings
    • Go to Settings → API → Generate new token
  2. Select your environment:

    • Ninox Public Cloud (default)
    • Custom/On-Premise (requires custom URL)

Usage

  1. Add the Ninox node to your workflow
  2. Configure credentials
  3. Select the resource you want to work with
  4. Choose the operation
  5. Fill in the required parameters

Example: Get All Records

  1. Resource: Record
  2. Operation: Get All
  3. Select Team, Database, and Table
  4. Optional: Configure options like limit, choice style, etc.

Example: Create a Record

  1. Resource: Record
  2. Operation: Create
  3. Select Team, Database, and Table
  4. Add fields with names and values
  5. Execute

Example: Execute Query

  1. Resource: Query
  2. Operation: Execute Read-Only or Execute Writable
  3. Enter your Ninox query, e.g., (select Contact).'First Name'
  4. Execute
