Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

n8n community node for SuperSend TX (transactional email API) — not SuperSend cold email

Readme

n8n-nodes-supersendtx

Community node for n8n that sends transactional email through SuperSend TX.

This is SuperSend TX (product mail / API keys stx_… / api.supersendtx.com). It is not the SuperSend cold-email / outbound product.

No runtime npm dependencies — calls the SuperSend TX HTTP API directly (ready for verified community node submission).

Install in n8n

  1. Settings → Community Nodes → Install
  2. Enter n8n-nodes-supersendtx
  3. Add credentials: SuperSend TX API key (stx_…)

Or from npm on self-hosted n8n:

npm install n8n-nodes-supersendtx

Operations

| Resource | Operation | API | |----------|-----------|-----| | Email | Send | POST /emails | | Email | Get | GET /emails/{id} | | Email | Get Many | GET /emails |

Example: Send a welcome email

This walkthrough sends a welcome email when a new user signs up (e.g. after a Webhook or form trigger).

1. Credentials

Create SuperSend TX API credentials in n8n:

| Field | Value | |-------|--------| | API Key | stx_live_abc123… (from the SuperSend TX dashboard) | | API Base URL | https://api.supersendtx.com |

2. Workflow

  1. Add a trigger (e.g. Webhook or Form Trigger).
  2. Add a SuperSend TX node and connect it to the trigger.
  3. Select your credentials.
  4. Configure the node:

| Field | Value | |-------|--------| | Resource | Email | | Operation | Send | | From | [email protected] | | To | ={{ $json.email }} | | Subject | Welcome to our app, {{ $json.name }}! | | HTML | <h1>Welcome, {{ $json.name }}!</h1><p>Thanks for signing up. We're glad you're here.</p> | | Text | Welcome, {{ $json.name }}! Thanks for signing up. |

Optional under Additional Fields:

| Field | Value | |-------|--------| | Reply To | [email protected] | | Tag | welcome |

From must use a domain you have verified in SuperSend TX.

3. Example input (from trigger)

{
  "email": "[email protected]",
  "name": "Jane"
}

4. Example output (from SuperSend TX node)

On success, the node returns the API response:

{
  "id": "msg_01h2x3y4z5a6b7c8d9e0f1g2h3",
  "status": "sent"
}

Use Email → Get with that id to check delivery status later, or Email → Get Many to list recent sends.
