Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

n8n-nodes-uknow

This is an n8n community node. It lets you use U-KNOW in your n8n workflows.

n8n is a fair-code licensed workflow automation platform.

Installation

Follow the installation guide in the n8n community nodes documentation.

Development installation

Add your changes, run npm run build, rename dist directory to n8n-nodes-uknow, and move it into /home/node/.n8n/custom/n8n-nodes-uknow of your n8n installation (create custom directory if necessary). You can use npm run upload if it fits your setup.

Operations

The following actions are supported by the U-KNOW node:

  • Create Path
  • Create Task
  • Get Custom Fields
  • Get Document Types
  • Get Prediction Schema
  • Notify User
  • Predict Tags
  • Respond to Webhook
  • Run AI (Chat Completions)
  • Search
  • Update Document

and triggers:

  • On Document Upload
  • On Tag Change

Credentials

The node supports the API Key authentication method that is required to authenticate with the U-KNOW API.

An additional optional field lets you enter a dedicated LLM API key. When left empty, the standard API key is reused for chat completions.

Compatibility

This node is compatible with n8n 1.98.2 and above.
