Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

n8n-nodes-website-contact-finder

An n8n community node that runs the Apify Email Scraper & Contact Finder Actor directly from your workflows.

Feed it a list of websites or domains and get back emails, phone numbers, and contact details scraped from each site — no Google API key, no quotas, no setup. Built for agencies and B2B sales teams that already have a list of company URLs and need the contact info behind them.

n8n is a fair-code licensed workflow automation platform.

Installation · Operations · Credentials · Usage · Resources

Installation

Follow the community nodes installation guide in the n8n docs.

In n8n: Settings → Community Nodes → Install and enter:

n8n-nodes-website-contact-finder

Operations

  • Run Scraper — runs the Email Scraper & Contact Finder Actor against your list of domains and returns the emails and contact details found on each website.

Credentials

This node runs the Actor on Apify infrastructure billed to your own Apify account, so you need an Apify API token.

  1. Create a free account at apify.com.
  2. Copy your API token from Settings → Integrations (or use OAuth2).
  3. In n8n, create an Apify API credential and paste your token.

You only pay Apify's standard pay-per-result price for the runs you trigger — there is no extra charge for using this node.

Usage

  1. Add the Apify Email Scraper & Contact Finder node to your workflow.
  2. Select your Apify credential.
  3. Add the websites or domains you want to enrich, and set the max pages per domain.
  4. Execute. Each contact is returned as a separate item — pipe it straight into Google Sheets, a CRM, an email tool, or an AI agent.

This node is also usable as a tool by n8n AI Agents, so an agent can enrich a list of companies with contact details on demand.

Compatibility

  • Requires n8n with community node support (self-hosted, or n8n Cloud where verified community nodes are enabled).
  • Node.js >= 18.10.
