Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Neckbeard

Neckbeard is an Atomic CSS in JS Framework highly inspired by Beard and powered by Aphrodite. Neckbeard provides common CSS utility classes to help you scaffold components quickly.

Benefits

  2. No longer worry about naming CSS selectors.
  3. No more CSS selector specificity collisions.
  4. Injects only the exact styles needed to render into the DOM. (Aphrodite).

  6. Installable via NPM (import or require) or just drop it in via CDN (umd).

Installation

  1. npm install neckbeard --save-dev

CDN (umd version)

Development

  1. Clone
  2. npm install

  3. npm start (Starts Neckbeard Docs Site - http://localhost:8080)

  4. npm run build - (Builds umd version of Neckbeard and CSS file)

  5. npm run build:docs - (Builds docs / demo site)
