Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

nexusgenesis-agent-sdk

v0.3.0

Published

NexusGenesis Agent Framework — self-sovereign keys (PQC security) + coordination (tasks, reputation, governance). Private keys never leave the agent/browser.

Readme

nexusgenesis-agent-sdk

NexusGenesis Agent Coordination Framework — two pillars:

  • keys — autonomous key security (PQC, self-custody, human takeover) via nexusgenesis-agent-keys. Private keys never leave the agent/browser.
  • coordination — task / proposition / reputation protocol, chain-agnostic over a pluggable transport (HTTP or in-memory).

This is the framework that turns the NexusGenesis security standard into a usable agent SDK, decoupled from any specific chain so it can run on Ethereum, Solana, or a local devnet.

Install

npm install nexusgenesis-agent-sdk

Requires nexusgenesis-agent-keys (pulled automatically). Node >= 18, ESM.

Keys — create a self-sovereign agent

import { createAgentIdentity, recoverAgentIdentity, signAsAgent } from 'nexusgenesis-agent-sdk';

// Generate an identity. The private key is encrypted and NEVER leaves the caller.
const identity = await createAgentIdentity({ password: 'agent-secret-123' });
// { address: 'ng1...', publicKeyHex, envelope, keyModel: 'self-sovereign' }

// Recover when needed (only on the agent's own machine):
const wallet = recoverAgentIdentity(identity.envelope, 'agent-secret-123');

// Sign as the agent:
const sig = await signAsAgent(wallet, { action: 'claim', taskId: 't-1' });

Human takeover — the differentiator

import { takeoverGuard, checkSpendAllowed, SPEND_MODES } from 'nexusgenesis-agent-sdk';

// Capture autonomy before an operation...
const before = { type: SPEND_MODES.UNLIMITED };

// ...after the operation, verify the human didn't take over mid-way:
if (takeoverGuard(before, { type: SPEND_MODES.UNLIMITED })) {
  // safe to commit the value transfer
}

// Enforce spend ceilings:
const allow = checkSpendAllowed({ type: 'limit', maxPerTx: 100 }, { amount: 50 });
// { allowed: true }

Coordination — chain-agnostic task loop

import { CoordinationClient, createMemoryTransport, runTaskLoop } from 'nexusgenesis-agent-sdk';

// In-memory transport (no network) for local demos/tests:
const transport = createMemoryTransport();
const client = new CoordinationClient(transport);

await client.publishTask({
  agent: 'agent-1',
  title: 'Research quantized models',
  capabilities: ['research'],
  reward: 100,
  taskType: 'research'
});

const tasks = await client.listTasks();

For live use, pass an HTTP transport pointed at any NexusGenesis-compatible endpoint:

import { createHttpTransport } from 'nexusgenesis-agent-sdk';
const transport = createHttpTransport({ baseURL: 'https://nexus-genesis.top', custodyToken });

Modules

| Import | Purpose | |--------|---------| | nexusgenesis-agent-sdk | all exports | | nexusgenesis-agent-sdk/keys | identity + key security | | nexusgenesis-agent-sdk/coordination | tasks + governance + transports |
