Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

node-red-contrib-ui-editor

A Node-RED dashboard ui node for block-style editor implemented with Editor.js.

Example

Install

Either use the Editor - Menu - Manage Palette - Install option, or run the following command in your Node-RED user directory (typically ~/.node-red) after installing Node-RED-dashboard.

npm i node-red-contrib-ui-editor

Requirements

Node-RED v19.4 or greater Node-RED-dashboard v2.13.0 or greater

Usage

ui_editor widget displays an interactive block-style editor implemented by Editor.js on the Node-RED dashboard.

You can add new block by clicking add button (add button).

A block can tuned by clicking tune button (tune button).

Inline tools can be invoked by selecting text.

The editor supports following plugins for blocks and inline tools:

  • @editorjs/raw - tool for including raw HTMLs

  • editorjs/text-variant-tune - block tune for text variants`

Editor content can be controlled by including the following commands in the node's input message.
