Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

This library was generated with Angular CLI version 13.3.0.

Library contents

The npx-family-happy-common contains the following components:

  • CVTemplateComponent: it can be used to generate a CV for babysitters based on the template created by FamilyHappy
  • FillCertificateComponent: it can be used to generate a certificate of course completion for babysitters based on the template created by FamilyHappy

The npx-family-happy-common contains the following models:

  • Ad: interface for ads related to babysitting requests
  • Attachment: interface for attachments to emails
  • BabysitterSummary: interface for Babysitter summary data, used in the requests
  • Babysitter: interface for Babysitter data
  • Mail: interface for emails
  • Requests: interface for babysitting requests

The npx-family-happy-common contains the following services:

  • RequestUtilitiesService: it offers several utilities to handle Requests
  • MailService: it offers the possibility to interact with MailAPI
  • ModalService: it offers several methods to handle modals
  • CertificateService: it offers support to use CVTemplateComponent and FillCertificateComponent

Build

Run ng build npx-family-happy-common to build the project. The build artifacts will be stored in the dist/ directory.

Publishing

To simplify library publishing, one could use the following bash script: ng build --configuration production cd dist/npx-family-happy-common npm publish cd ../..

which is saved in the npm-update.sh file in the home directory of the project.

Running unit tests

Run ng test npx-family-happy-common to execute the unit tests via Karma.
