Nullius

Nullius in verba — take nobody's word for it.

An autonomous research institution: the cairn claim store is its body, ephemeral workers are its labor, the human is its PI, and its memory lives in the ledger — never in any worker's head.

Status: plan-first. No code yet.

The three principles:

1. Humans sit where gates cannot — agenda, deadlock adjudication, publishing, resource escalation; everything mechanically gateable is autonomous.
2. The store is the only body — task queue, execution ledger, any future UI: all derived, all rebuildable, none a second source of truth.
3. The institution's memory lives in the ledger, not in any worker's head — workers are cold-start ephemeral processes; continuity flows through the store alone.
