Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

o1x-launchpad-mcp

Unofficial community project. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or maintained by o1.exchange. Built against the public API documented at docs.o1.exchange. Happy to hand this over to the o1 team if they want it.

MCP (Model Context Protocol) server exposing the o1 Launchpad Public API to AI agents — Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, and any other MCP client.

Read-only by default. Prepare tools (which still only ever return unsigned transactions) must be explicitly enabled with O1_ENABLE_PREPARE=true. This server cannot sign, broadcast, or move funds under any configuration.

Install & configure

Requires Node 20+. Create an API key at launch.o1.exchange/developers with only the scopes you need (tokens:read, wallets:read, … — swaps:quote for quoting).

Claude Desktop / Cursor (mcpServers JSON)

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "o1-launchpad": {
      "command": "npx",
      "args": ["-y", "o1x-launchpad-mcp"],
      "env": {
        "O1_API_KEY": "o1_launch_...",
        "O1_DEFAULT_CHAIN": "base"
      }
    }
  }
}

Claude Desktop: add to claude_desktop_config.json. Cursor: add to .cursor/mcp.json.

Claude Code

claude mcp add o1-launchpad -e O1_API_KEY=o1_launch_... -e O1_DEFAULT_CHAIN=base -- npx -y o1x-launchpad-mcp

Environment variables

| Variable | Required | Default | Meaning | | ------------------- | -------- | ------- | ---------------------------------------------------- | | O1_API_KEY | yes | — | API key. Env-only; never accepted as a tool argument | | O1_DEFAULT_CHAIN | no | base | base, robinhood, 8453, or 4663 | | O1_ENABLE_PREPARE | no | false | true registers the prepare-tier tools |

The server fails fast with a readable message when O1_API_KEY is missing.

Tools

Read tier (always registered)

| Tool | What it does | | --------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | o1_health | API liveness and build version (no key units) | | o1_config | Live suites, contracts, quote assets, creation state per chain | | o1_list_tokens | Browse/rank launches (newest, trending, liquidity, …) | | o1_search_tokens | Search by address, name, symbol, creator, pool, or launch tx | | o1_get_token | Token detail incl. pool, market, allocations, vesting, announcements | | o1_list_token_trades | Canonical trades for one token (one identity filter max) | | o1_list_announcements | Creator announcements for one token | | o1_list_token_holders | Provider-backed holder snapshot (expensive: 10 units/50 rows) | | o1_list_creator_tokens | Launches created by one wallet | | o1_wallet_overview | Latest launch/activity + claimable-position flags | | o1_wallet_activity | Structured launchpad activity for one wallet | | o1_list_fee_claims | Fee positions (feeds o1_prepare_fee_claims verbatim) | | o1_list_vesting_positions | Vesting positions (feeds o1_prepare_vesting_claims verbatim) | | o1_transaction_status | Indexed tx status; data null until observed | | o1_quote_swap | Exact-input quote. The returned quote_id expires in 2 minutes and must reach o1_prepare_swap unmodified |

Long list responses are truncated to fit model context, with an explicit truncation note and the cursor to continue from.

Prepare tier (only with O1_ENABLE_PREPARE=true)

Every prepare tool returns unsigned transaction steps only — the user reviews and signs in their own wallet. When the tier is off, these tools are not registered at all (they don't exist as disabled stubs).

| Tool | What it does | | ------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | o1_prepare_swap | Unsigned Universal Router swap from a fresh quote_id | | o1_prepare_launch | Unsigned token-launch plan; image via local image_path or image_base64 | | o1_prepare_fee_claims | One unsigned tx per fee position (1–10) | | o1_prepare_vesting_claims | One unsigned tx per unlocked vesting position (1–10) | | o1_prepare_announcement | Unsigned creator announcement | | o1_prepare_onchain_metadata_update | Unsigned name/symbol/extra-metadata update | | o1_prepare_metadata_document_update | Unsigned IPFS metadata-document update |

Safety

  • Read-only by default. The prepare tier is opt-in per deployment, not per call.
  • No signing, ever. No private keys, no wallet integration, no signing dependencies. Every prepare result is an unsigned plan with an expires_at; the user's wallet is the only place a transaction can be authorised. Never broadcast after expiry — prepare again.
  • Keys from the environment only. No tool accepts an API key, a URL, or a raw path into the API. The key never appears in tool output or error text.
  • Readable errors. Failures surface as the SDK's typed error name plus the API's own remediation advice — never a stack trace.
  • Opaque passthrough. quote_ids and prepared transaction steps are passed through byte-for-byte; the server never rewrites addresses or calldata (see SAFETY for the full R1–R5 rules).

Maintenance

Best-effort community maintenance: the server may lag API changes, and no support or compatibility guarantee is implied.
