i am currently running autocm 2015, i just bought a new laptop and installed 2011 delphi xe2, it also works and i am very happy with the software i bought but i want to add autosense features and need to upgrade to 2015, so i am ready to buy another license. but can't figure out if i just activate new one will work or not, or do i need to download and install the updater, or do i have to do the root process which is 10.2.1.7.exe and follow the steps, also i have a 1 year membership with autocm should i get the 1 keygen which the new software has or do i have to buy the serial number and make a new activation.. any help would be great on upgrading to xe2.

im getting an error when trying to use autocom.code ae delphi 27, vci. it says "unknown product" however i know i did install correctly.i even tried a fresh download because the old one i was using was corrupted and i tried to download and re-install twice. i even tried to run the install straight out of the zip with no luck. "unknown product" seems to be the problem. what do i do to fix this?
