Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

omp-game-studio-extension

The OpenCode Game Studios (OCGS) framework, packaged as an OMP (oh-my-pi) extension.

What it ships

| Content | Count | Source | |---|---|---| | Studio task agents | 52 | agents/ | | Skill workflows | 77 | skills/ | | Slash commands | 78 | commands/ | | Path-scoped rules | 11 | rules/ |

Runtime extensions in src/ (ported from the original .pi/extensions/):

| Module | Surface | |---|---| | question.ts | question tool — TUI picker for strategic decisions, decision log to production/session-logs/agent-decisions.jsonl | | delegation.ts | ocgs_task tool (role-framed delegation via the bundled agent library) + /consult command (peer review by any studio agent) | | path_guard.ts | Injects the matching .agents/rules/*.md rule bodies into the system prompt when the session works in matching paths (≤4000 tokens) | | audit.ts | Session/tool audit log to production/session-logs/agent-audit.log | | validate.ts | Structural validation of a project's .agents/ content at startup + post-write issue annotation | | drift_detector.ts | Flags OCGS content files missing required frontmatter (startup scan + post-write) | | changelog.ts | /generate-changelog command — conventional-commit changelog with TUI preview |

Install

omp plugin install omp-game-studio-extension

Restart omp. The bundle's agents/, skills/, commands/, and rules/ are picked up natively; the runtime extensions load via the omp.extensions manifest.

For development, link a local checkout instead:

omp plugin link /path/to/omp-game-studio-extension

Usage

  • /start — onboarding; /help — command index
  • Invoke any of the 78 /commands (e.g. /concept-brainstorm, /gate-check)
  • Tools available to the model: question, ocgs_task
  • /consult <agent> [question] — peer review
  • /generate-changelog — release changelog

Provenance

Content is copied verbatim from striderZA/OpenCodeGameStudios (MIT — see LICENSE). Runtime extensions were ported from that project's .pi/extensions/ to the omp ExtensionAPI.
