Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

  • Web Browser - Can be used as an emulator to build applications. Example [Chrome, Firefox, Safari & Opera].

🎯 How To Use

Example Syntax

const { validateEmail, validateURL } = require('./src/formHandlingUtils');

// Validate email
console.log(validateEmail('[email protected]')); // Output: true
console.log(validateEmail('example.com')); // Output: false

// Validate URL
console.log(validateURL('https://www.example.com')); // Output: true
console.log(validateURL('example.com')); // Output: false

Explanation

  • validateEmail(email): This function validates whether the provided email address is in a valid format.
  • validateURL(url): This function validates whether the provided URL is in a valid format.

Return Value

For the validateEmail() function:

  • Returns true if the email is valid.
  • Returns false if the email is invalid.

For the validateURL() function:

  • Returns true if the URL is valid.
  • Returns false if the URL is invalid.
