ontologos (Node.js)

Native Node.js bindings for OntoLogos.

Install

npm install ontologos

Prebuilt binaries: macOS (arm64/x64), Linux gnu (arm64/x64), Windows x64.

Build from source

cd crates/ontologos-node
npm install
npm run build
npm test

Usage

const { Reasoner } = require("ontologos");

const reasoner = Reasoner.fromPath("family.owl", "rl");
const report = reasoner.classify();
console.log(report);

Or construct from an in-memory ontology:

const { Ontology, Reasoner } = require("ontologos");

const ontology = Ontology.fromJson(jsonSnapshot);
const reasoner = new Reasoner(ontology, "el");

OWL file loads serialize on a process-wide parser mutex — avoid concurrent loads in cluster workers without a queue.
