opendray

Self-hosted gateway that runs Claude Code · Codex · Grok · Antigravity · shell sessions on your own infrastructure, with persistent sessions, local-first memory, and six chat channels (Telegram, Slack, Discord, Feishu, DingTalk, WeCom).

This package is the npm distribution of the official Go release binary — the gateway executable only. It does not provision PostgreSQL, create a service user, install the AI CLIs, or register a systemd/launchd service. For a fully-managed, one-command server install that does all of that, use the curl installer instead:

Install

npm install -g opendray

Or with pnpm / yarn:

The right platform binary (Linux x64/arm64, macOS x64/arm64) is selected automatically via optionalDependencies, with no post-install network call.

Usage

opendray ships the whole gateway: the web admin is embedded, so there is no Node runtime or separate web server at deploy time. You bring a PostgreSQL 15+ database (with the pgvector extension) and start it yourself:

Install at least one AI CLI

opendray spawns whichever CLI you pick per session — it does not bundle them. With the npm route you install them yourself (the curl installer does this step for you). Install one or more, then log each in:

opendray providers list shows which CLIs are detected and their versions; opendray providers update npm-updates the installed ones (claude, codex, grok).
