Open Medical Skills CLI (OMS)
Physician-reviewed AI agent skills for medical research and clinical documentation.
Installation
npm install -g openmedicalskills-cli --prefix ~/.npm-globalAdd to your shell config (~/.bashrc, ~/.zshrc):
export PATH="$HOME/.npm-global/bin:$PATH"Then source your config:
source ~/.bashrc # or ~/.zshrcUsage
oms find <query> — Search Skills
Search for skills by semantic query. Uses API-backed search with local fallback.
# Find skills related to diabetes

Show detailed information about a specific skill.

Skills have safety classifications that are displayed during install:
- Safe — General research and learning tools
- Caution — Review outputs carefully before clinical application
- Restricted — Only for use under direct physician supervision
