PeerTube Apps Education Theme

PeerTube theme used on Apps tubes, the PeerTube instances hosted by the Ministère de l'Éducation nationale and dedicated to teachers and civil servants.

Development

A running PeerTube dev instance is required, see PeerTube documentation develop section.

Then install pnpm and run pnpm install.

To build and install the plugin on your local PeerTube instance run :

pnpm -r run build
npm --no-git-tag-version version patch && pnpm dlx @peertube/peertube-cli plugins install --path /home/user/workspace/apps/peertube-theme-apps-education

In development, you must also bump the theme version number in the package.json before building and re-installing the theme if you want to see your updates.

Usage

This theme is currently being reviewed on a test instance : https://tube-test.apps.education.fr

Support

Tell people where they can go to for help. It can be any combination of an issue tracker, a chat room, an email address, etc.

Roadmap

This theme is currently in early developement stage but aims at :

• creating dedicated features to all Apps tubes
  • a navigation menu between Apps tubes
• integrating DSFR and the creation of a PeerTube DSFR theme.

State if you are open to contributions and what your requirements are for accepting them. We're open to contributions of any kind:

• If you're familiar with Gitlab, please post an issue
• You most likely have access to Tchap and you may join the apps.education.fr room to ask questions, reports issues or bugs.
• If you're familiar with code or CSS please do propose a PR associated to an existing issue. If the associated issue doesn't exist, create it !
