Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

🛡️ Why Poppy Baileys?

Unlike the original Baileys, Poppy Baileys comes with built-in security and surveillance detection tools to protect your bot from Meta's watchful eye.

🔥 Exclusive Features (Not in Original Baileys)

| Feature | Description | |---------|-------------| | metaAntiSpy | Detects if Meta is surveilling your bot (response delays, hidden flags, account restrictions) | | metaGhost | Turns your bot into a ghost: random delays, typos, and rotating fingerprints to avoid detection | | metaTroll | Trolls Meta by sending decoy messages, rotating fingerprints, and jamming their detection systems | | addRandomTypos | Adds intentional typos to messages to make them look human-written | | codeGuard | Scans your bot code for errors before runtime (syntax, missing dependencies, file structure) |

These features are not available in @whiskeysockets/baileys or ai-md-baileys.

⚠️ Disclaimer

This project is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with WhatsApp or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. Use at your own discretion. Do not spam people with this. We discourage any stalkerware, bulk or automated messaging usage. Use metaAntiSpy responsibly — it's for protection, not harassment.

📦 Installation

npm install poppy-baileys

Or using yarn:

yarn add poppy-baileys

🚀 Quick Start

CommonJS (Recommended)

const {
    default: makeWASocket,
    useMultiFileAuthState,
    Browsers,
    metaAntiSpy,
    metaGhost,
    metaTroll,
    addRandomTypos,
    codeGuard
} = require('poppy-baileys')

ES Modules / TypeScript

import pkg from 'poppy-baileys'
const {
    default: makeWASocket,
    useMultiFileAuthState,
    Browsers,
    metaAntiSpy,
    metaGhost,
    metaTroll,
    addRandomTypos,
    codeGuard
} = pkg

🛠️ Security Utilities

metaAntiSpy()

Detects if Meta is surveilling your bot.

const report = await metaAntiSpy(sock, {
    verbose: true,
    autoFix: false
});
console.log(report.riskLevel); // 'safe', 'warning', 'critical'

metaGhost()

Turns your bot into a ghost — random delays, typos, and rotating fingerprints.

const ghostReport = await metaGhost(sock, {
    enableHumanLike: true,
    randomDelays: true,
    randomTypos: true,
    rotateFingerprint: true,
    verbose: true
});

metaTroll()

Trolls Meta by sending decoy messages and rotating fingerprints.

const trollReport = await metaTroll(sock, {
    enableJamming: true,
    rotateFingerprint: true,
    sendDecoyMessages: true
});

addRandomTypos()

Adds intentional typos to make messages look human-written.

const text = "Hello, how are you?";
const ghostText = addRandomTypos(text, 0.1); // 10% error rate
console.log(ghostText); // "Helo, hwo are you?"

codeGuard()

Scans your bot code before runtime.

const result = await codeGuard({
    rootDir: __dirname,
    checkDependencies: true,
    checkSyntax: true
});
