PriceLabs MCP Server

A Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that provides programmatic access to the PriceLabs Customer API — dynamic pricing and revenue management for short-term rentals.

This server exposes 11 tools that let AI assistants manage listings, retrieve pricing recommendations, set date-specific overrides, analyze market data, and track reservations across multiple property management systems.

Prerequisites

• Node.js >= 18
• A PriceLabs account with API access (Settings > API Details)

Quick Start (npx)

No installation needed — just configure it in your MCP client:

Get your API key from your PriceLabs account under Settings > API Details.

Install from Source

git clone <repository-url>
cd pricelabs-mcp-server
npm install
npm run build

Usage

The server communicates over stdio using the MCP protocol.

Listings

API Rate Limits

• 60 requests per minute
• 1,000 requests per hour
• 300s request timeout (as recommended by PriceLabs)
