Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

This is a CLI tool that creates a beautiful, animated proposal in the terminal. It's perfect for developers who want to propose to their techie partners in a unique way.

Installation

# Install globally
npm install -g proposal-cli

# Or run directly with npx
npx proposal-cli

How to Use

  1. Install the package as shown above
  2. Run the command in your terminal:
    propose
  3. Enter your partner's name when prompted
  4. Watch the magic unfold with colorful animations and sweet messages
  5. Have your real proposal ready for when they see the final question!
