Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Readme

Radix is node server music streamer with web interface for control. Supports:

  • Internet radio streaming
  • YouTube
  • Google Music Play

Radix installation on RaspberryPI

Download DietPi / Recommended Etcher for flashing SD card > and flash your SD card (follow installation procedure)

Installation

  • connect to wifi
  • dietpi-config -> 9. autostart options -> automatic login (recommended)
  • dietpi-software -> install nodeJS
  • npm install -g radix-player
  • radix-install
  • configure sound (rpi 3,5mm output) or USB audio card if you use one using dietpi-config

Optional: Update to latest version

  • Update to new version will appear in settings of the web interface

Errors

  • If radix does not autostart, add it manually to /etc/rc.local > just enter radix before exit command
