Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

react-apollo-handler

In many cases, if you have React Component and Apollo Client tied together, you must do like this:

render () {
  if (this.props.data.loading) {
    return <div>Loading...</div>;
  } else {
    return <div>This is the actual content</div>;
  }
}

This package handle if data is loading/error for you, so you don't need do it by yourself.

  • You can use this package for React.js or React Native.

Installation

  • npm install --save react-apollo-handler

Usage

const ComponentWithHandler = apolloHandler(LoadingComponent, ErrorComponent)(MyComponent);
export default graphql(query)(ComponentWithHandler);
