Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

What is it

redmine-eye is a library and tool for interacting with Redmine.

Setup

npm install -g redmine-eye

Configurate

On first start from command line redmine-eye will ask requred configuration params. They may be changed later with ry conf NAME VALUE command.

To show all config params execute

ry conf

If you use self-signed sertificate on Redmine server set check_cert to "no" :

ry conf check_cert no

After this you can use redmine-eye normally.

Command Line Interface

Use command line interface for access all library tools from console.

Library usage examples

Before start use library you should initialize it with code:

nconf = require "nconf" # add libraty to pass config

rmAPI = require("redmine-eye").RedmineAPI
nconf.use "memory"
nconf.set "host", "https://redmine.example.com"
