Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

sasacode

A small, pluggable coding agent for the terminal. See the project README and the docs.

npm install -g sasacode
sasacode

This package is a launcher. On its first run it downloads the single binary of the same version for your machine (macOS arm64 / x64, Linux x64 / arm64, glibc or musl, Windows x64 / arm64) from GitHub Releases, checks it against the release's SHA256SUMS, and keeps it in ~/.sasacode/npm-bin. Later runs start it directly. Update with npm install -g sasacode@latest. On Windows, the bash tool needs Git for Windows (Git Bash).

Without npm: curl -fsSL https://sasanokusa.com/sasacode/install.sh | sh (macOS, Linux), or in PowerShell irm https://sasanokusa.com/sasacode/install.ps1 | iex (Windows).
