Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Why did i make this

I'm sick of making same 'checker' for every project. So, i will deploy this and use it for my project when i need signup and signin function.

How to install

Install with npm.

cd your/some/npm/project
npm install --save sign-checker

How to use

Functions

  • checkLongerThan: param(string, number) : Check if 'string' param's length is longer than 'number' param. Return boolean.
  • checkShorterThan: param(string, number) : Check if 'string' param's length is shorter than 'number' param. Return boolean.
  • checkBetween: param(string, small, big) : Check if 'string' param's length is longer than 'small' and shorter than 'big'. Return boolean.
  • checkLetters: param(string, letters[]) : Check if 'string' param have letters(RegExp) in 'letters' param. Return array of index that matched with string.
  • checkNumber: param(string) : Check if 'string' param have number letters. Return boolean.
  • checkWhiteSpace: param(string) : Check if 'string' param have white space. Return boolean.
  • checkKorean: param(string) : Check if 'string' param have Korean letters. Return boolean.
  • checkLowerCase: param(string) : Check if 'string' param have lowercase(English) letters. Return boolean.
  • checkUpperCase: param(string) : Check if 'string' param have uppercase(English) letters. Return boolean.
  • checkSpecial: param(string) : Check if 'string' param have special letters. Return boolean.
  • checkLanguageEnglish: param(string) : Check if 'string' made with English, but allow number, special letters, white space. Only check about language.
  • checkUpperSpecialNumber: param(string) : Check if 'string' param have uppercase, special, number letters. You can use this function for checking complicate account password. Return boolean.
