Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

sleev

sleev runs a local Sleev gateway -- a proxy that transparently compresses your coding agent's conversation history to save tokens. It signs you in, installs and runs the gateway in the background, and points your harness (Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode) at it.

npx sleev          # launch the setup TUI
sleev status       # gateway + install status
sleev gateway status

Published npm releases include native (Rust) binaries, so end users need nothing beyond npm itself.

This CLI is developed in the sleev repository and released together with the gateway as one versioned unit; see that repo's README.md and CLAUDE.md for architecture and contributor docs.

sleev is proprietary software owned by Sleev Labs Inc. It is published with custom license metadata that points to LICENSE.md; that does not grant open-source rights.

Use is governed by the applicable Sleev Terms, EULA, or written agreement with Sleev Labs Inc. Published packages include:
