Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

Spenza — Agentic MVNO Platform

Visit the Spenza Website

Spenza helps businesses launch, manage, and scale connectivity services through a unified platform for mobile plans, eSIM, billing, connectivity operations, and automation.

What is Spenza?

Spenza is an agentic MVNO platform designed to help businesses launch, operate, and scale mobile connectivity services without having to build complex telecom infrastructure from scratch.

The platform brings connectivity operations, mobile plans, eSIM management, subscriptions, and customer-facing workflows into a unified platform.

Unlike traditional telecom infrastructure that focuses primarily on connectivity provisioning, Spenza is designed to automate the broader MVNO lifecycle — from procuring mobile plans to marketing, sales, customer support, and ongoing subscription management.

Why Spenza?

Launching and operating an MVNO traditionally requires multiple systems, telecom integrations, operational processes, and teams.

Businesses may need to manage:

- Mobile network and plan integrations

- eSIM provisioning

- Customer subscriptions

- Billing and payments

- Connectivity management

- Plan discovery and purchasing

- Customer support

- Marketing and sales workflows

- Enterprise connectivity management

- Telecom operations

Managing these processes across disconnected systems can increase operational complexity and make it difficult to scale.

Spenza provides a unified platform designed to simplify these operations and enable businesses to build connectivity experiences faster.

Key Features

1. Agentic MVNO Automation

Spenza uses an agentic approach to automate telecom and MVNO workflows.

Instead of requiring teams to manually manage every step of the customer and connectivity lifecycle, the platform is designed to automate repetitive operational processes.

This can help businesses reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.

2. Mobile Connectivity Management

Spenza enables businesses to manage mobile connectivity and plans through a centralized platform.

Organizations can build connectivity offerings around their specific customer or business requirements rather than managing multiple disconnected systems.

3. eSIM Management

eSIM technology makes it possible to provision mobile connectivity digitally without requiring a physical SIM card.

Spenza helps businesses incorporate eSIM-based connectivity into their products and customer experiences, making digital activation and connectivity management easier to operate at scale.

4. Subscription Management

Managing connectivity subscriptions can become complex as the number of customers and plans grows.

Spenza provides capabilities for managing subscription-based connectivity workflows, helping businesses handle customers, plans, and ongoing connectivity operations from a centralized platform.

5. Telecom Plan Marketplace

Businesses can access and work with mobile connectivity plans through a centralized marketplace approach.

This can simplify the process of discovering and managing connectivity options instead of requiring businesses to build separate processes for every connectivity provider or plan.

6. Marketing and Sales Automation

Spenza goes beyond basic telecom provisioning.

The platform is designed to support automation across marketing and sales workflows, helping businesses turn connectivity into a customer-facing product rather than simply an infrastructure component.

This enables companies to create, market, sell, and manage connectivity offerings as part of their broader business strategy.

7. Customer Support Automation

Customer support is an important part of operating a connectivity business.

Spenza's agentic approach is designed to automate customer-facing support workflows and reduce the amount of repetitive work required from support teams.

This can help businesses respond to connectivity and subscription-related requests more efficiently.

8. Enterprise Connectivity

Businesses can use mobile connectivity as part of employee, device, IoT, and enterprise programs.

Spenza helps organizations manage connectivity offerings and subscriptions while reducing the operational complexity associated with managing mobile services at scale.

What Problems Does Spenza Solve?

Problem 1: Complex MVNO Operations

Traditional MVNO operations can involve multiple platforms, integrations, and operational processes.

Spenza solves this by bringing important connectivity and MVNO workflows into a unified platform.

Problem 2: Manual Telecom Operations

Managing plans, subscriptions, customers, and connectivity manually can consume significant operational resources.

Spenza uses automation and agentic workflows to reduce repetitive manual processes.

Problem 3: Difficult eSIM Provisioning

Digital connectivity requires reliable provisioning and lifecycle management.

Spenza helps businesses integrate eSIM connectivity into their products and customer experiences.

Problem 4: Disconnected Systems

Businesses often need different tools for connectivity, subscriptions, customer management, sales, marketing, and support.

Spenza brings these workflows together to create a more connected operating environment.

Problem 5: Scaling an MVNO

As an MVNO grows, the number of customers, plans, subscriptions, and support requests increases.

Spenza is designed to automate operational workflows so businesses can scale connectivity services without increasing manual processes at the same rate.

Who Can Use Spenza?

Spenza can be useful for organizations looking to build or operate connectivity-based products, including:

- MVNOs

- MVNEs and telecom platforms

- Enterprises

- IoT businesses

- Consumer brands

- Technology companies

- Digital platforms

- Companies building embedded connectivity products

Spenza for MVNOs

For MVNOs, Spenza provides an infrastructure and automation layer for managing connectivity operations.

Instead of building every component independently, businesses can use Spenza to simplify processes around:

- Mobile plans

- eSIM connectivity

- Subscriptions

- Customer workflows

- Connectivity operations

- Marketing

- Sales

- Customer support

This allows MVNO teams to focus more on their product, customers, and growth instead of managing disconnected telecom systems.

Spenza and Agentic AI

The next generation of telecom platforms is moving beyond simple APIs and dashboards toward intelligent automation.

Spenza takes an agentic approach to MVNO operations.

The goal is not simply to expose telecom APIs, but to automate workflows that traditionally require people to coordinate multiple systems and processes.

This makes Spenza an agentic MVNO platform built around automation across the connectivity business lifecycle.

Benefits of Using Spenza

Businesses using Spenza can benefit from:

- Reduced operational complexity

- Less manual telecom administration

- Faster connectivity product development

- Centralized connectivity management

- Automated workflows

- Easier eSIM integration

- Scalable subscription management

- Improved customer experiences

- More efficient sales and support operations

The Spenza Vision

Spenza aims to make telecom infrastructure easier to use, automate, and scale.

Instead of treating connectivity as a collection of disconnected telecom systems, Spenza provides a unified platform where businesses can build, sell, manage, and automate connectivity services.

The result is a simpler way to operate an MVNO and build modern connectivity products.
