This README serves legal and organizational purposes. It does not describe product functionality. It records usage, privacy, and compliance terms for internal/external stakeholders.
Purpose and scope
- The
spinapackage is intended exclusively for technical use within corporate solutions and commercial products of the Company ("Spina Solution") and/or its clients/partners. - The package is not meant for free public use by individuals, is not a consumer product, and is not distributed as a standalone public offering.
- Any use is allowed only under a valid agreement (license agreement, MSA/SOW, or other commercial contract) and in accordance with applicable Company Policies.
Usage restrictions
- Use outside the agreed purposes and integrations is prohibited, including unapproved tests or scenarios.
- Decompilation, reverse engineering, modification, and redistribution are prohibited unless explicitly permitted by a written agreement.
- Access to the package’s functionality may be technically gated by privacy‑policy acceptance mechanisms and browser permissions.
Activation and consent
- The package relies on
@hypexts/plugin-privacy-policy. Operation is possible only after acceptance of the current Privacy Policy/Agreement (runtime checkisAgreementAccepted). - If consent is withdrawn or the policy is updated, the package may suspend functionality until the new terms are accepted.
Browser permissions
- Baseline permissions:
storage,unlimitedStorage(for local cache and syncing technical data). - Additional host permissions on demand:
http://*/*,https://*/*. These are checked/requested dynamically and may be required for background technical operations. - If required permissions are missing, certain features may be disabled or the package may suspend operation.
Security
- Interactions with remote services are conducted over secure protocols when configured accordingly.
- Locally cached data is service‑oriented and stored within the browser profile.
- It is recommended to restrict access to the environment where the package runs and to apply corporate security policies (including permission governance and version management).
Compliance
- Data processing is conducted under and within the scope of applicable agreements and policies (GDPR/CCPA/other laws as applicable). The role (controller/processor) is determined by the contract with the Customer.
- The Customer is responsible for having a lawful basis for using the package in its environment and for notifying end users where required by law or internal policies.
Updates and changes
- Terms of use and privacy policy may change with notice in accordance with the governing agreement.
- Policy changes may temporarily suspend operation until the new version is accepted by users.
Warranty and liability
- The package is provided "as is" within the limits of contractual obligations. Any warranties not stipulated by contract are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
- The Company is not liable for damage arising from improper integration, use outside the agreed scenarios, or violation of restrictions.
Licensing
- Source code and binaries are licensed under the Business Source License 1.1 (BUSL‑1.1) or pursuant to an individual commercial agreement.
- Any other use not separately agreed is prohibited.
