Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

The package presents five cli mini-games. To start a game please type a name of the game in command-line after installing the package. Full list of games below:

  • brain-calc
  • brain-event
  • brain-prime
  • brain-gcd
  • brain-progression

Each game show you a question (math or logical sentence) you try to answer. If you type right answer you see next question. Otherwise the game is interrupted. Game has total three questions. You are winner if your answers were correct.

  • Brain-calc has simple math sentences (answer: '47 + 15', you have to type '62', answer: '12 * 5', you have to type '60').
  • Brain-event is asking you if a number is even (answer: '55', you have to type 'no', answer: '98', you have to type 'yes').
  • Brain-prime is asking you if a number is prime (answer: '57', you have to type 'yes', answer: '1', you have to type 'no').
  • Brain-gcd shows you two numbers and you have to calculate greatest common divisor of the numbers.
  • Brain progression has a sequence of numbers in which each differs from the preceding by a constant quantity. There is an one passed number. You have to write it. (answer: 3 5 7 9 .. 13 15 17 19 21, you type 11).

Installing the package:

  • global: sudo npm install -g spkgdru-frontend-project-lvl1 /n
  • local: npm install spkgdru-frontend-project-lvl1

If installed local: -npx brain-even
