Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Query the Spreaker podcast platform: get shows and episodes, list a show's episodes, search public shows (no key needed), and create shows with an OAuth token (SPREAKER_ACCESS_TOKEN).

Tools

  • get_show — Retrieve a single Spreaker show by numeric ID.
  • list_show_episodes — List episodes of a Spreaker show.
  • get_episode — Retrieve a single Spreaker episode by numeric ID.
  • search_shows — Search public Spreaker shows. No API key required.
  • create_show — Create a new Spreaker show (requires SPREAKER_ACCESS_TOKEN).

Every tool in this package is free: no licence key, no premium tier, no hosted licence gateway. The paywall machinery this repo once carried (per-tool licence checks and paid hosted endpoints) was removed repo-wide on 2026-10-17. Nothing that this package installs or calls asks you to pay.
