Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

star-game

This is a name reservation. The real release is coming soon.

star-game will be the universal game scaffolding SDK for AI-built web games — covering 2D canvas games, three.js games, and pure HTML games alike.

For now

If you're building a game, please use star-canvas — it provides the same underlying scaffolding and will continue to be supported indefinitely. star-game will eventually become a superset of star-canvas, with star-canvas preserved as a thin backward-compatibility re-export.

Behavior of this placeholder

If you install this package and try to import game from it, the function will log an error pointing to star-canvas and return undefined. It will not throw.
