Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

CLI tool to stitch audio files into a single MP3 using ffmpeg.

Requirements

Installation

npm install -g stitch-audio

Or run directly:

npx stitch-audio

Usage

stitch-audio [input] [output] [options]
  • input — directory containing audio files (default: audios)
  • output — output MP3 file path (default: output.mp3)

Options

| Flag | Description | |------|-------------| | -g, --gap <ms> | Gap between tracks in milliseconds (default: 400) | | -h, --help | Show help |

Supported formats

mp3, wav, flac, ogg, aac, m4a, wma, opus

Sorting

Files are sorted by numeric prefix — e.g. 01_Chapter 1.mp3, 02_Chapter 1.mp3, etc.

Examples

# default gap (400ms)
stitch-audio my-audios combined.mp3

# custom gap
stitch-audio my-audios combined.mp3 --gap 200
