Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Installation

To install the Task Tracker CLI, follow these steps:

  1. Clone the repository:

    git clone https://github.com/AmrKhaledAK47/Task-Tracker.git
    cd Task-Tracker
  2. Install the dependencies:

    npm install

Usage

To use the Task Tracker CLI, run the following commands:

Add a Task

node src/command.js add "Your task description"

List All Tasks

node src/command.js list

List Tasks by Status

node src/command.js list todo
node src/command.js list done
node src/command.js list in-progress

Mark a Task as Done

node src/command.js mark-done <task-id>

Mark a Task as In-Progress

node src/command.js mark-in-progress <task-id>

Delete a Task

node src/command.js delete <task-id>

Update a Task

node src/command.js update <task-id> "Updated task description"

Show Help

node src/command.js help

Show Version

node src/command.js version
