Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

telekinesis-client

Client application for Telekinesis, a desktop companion for your phone. Long story short, it sends notifications/messages and allows you to control the computer via your phone. Written in Ionic.

TODO

  • Send received SMS to telekinesis-server. Telekinesis-server should be able to send replies to the client.
  • ~~Send received notifications to telekinesis-server~~
  • Send battery low notification to server.
  • Send call start/end event to server.
  • ~~Scroll up/down with 2 fingers event~~
  • Borrow a draw animation for canvas from somewhere, to make the touchpad pretty.
  • Token auth. Display current IP on server for connection.
  • Music/video player controls
  • Powerpoint presenter controls etc.
  • Add more shortcuts to keyboard.
  • File manager
  • Better logging... winston?
  • Rough clipboard sync could be done, user would have to specifically ask for clipboard copy, though.
